PROPERTY MANAGEMENT : BASIC PACKAGE
The following services are included in our Basic Package :
Domiciliation of the owner and general secretarial work in connection with your property :
- Deposit of the keys
- Handing-
over of the keys to the various supervising authorities (electricity, water company, fire extinguishers, etc.)
Safeguard of the property :
- Start-
up of the heating at the time of the first cold weather - Control of correct operation of the heating installation after the first start-
up - Switch off the heating in spring, when the risk of freezing does not exist any more
- Suggestion of any work useful for the good maintenance of the property
- Detailed attention in the event of unusual event
Housekeeping :
- Visiting the premises once a month to carry out a management inspection (including airing the apartment/chalet and emptying the mailbox)
