OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE'S GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The Owner's Representative shall:
• Serve as the contact for all communications between the Owner and its Architect/Engineer, Contractor(s) and consultant(s) including requests for information from or for actions by the Owner;
• Maintain a copy of all Project documents and contract documents, including change orders and interim directed changes, for each of Owner's Contractor(s) on the Project, as well as meeting minutes, shop drawings, submittals, drawings and specifications, product data and applications for payment.
• Perform on-site observations of the progress and quality of the Project so as to be able to report to the Owner on the progress and quality of the Work being performed and the services provided by all Project participants;
• Attend Project meetings and report to the Owner on the proceedings.
